[18.December.2008] Ok guys, let's take a look at our next CW! This one is gunna be tough, just like all the others. It's against the top swedish team, NaW-. NaW- have been around for quite a while and are considered quite a good team. Their top line-up would probably consist of NaW-KaaZ, NaW-Datoby, NaW-Merz and NaW-Zpux. If you have free time and you know ur playing this cw, you should search for some replays or ask me about these players. Anyways, here are the details for this CW:

Im sure you all know how important this cw is for us, we really need to stay div1 this season and winning this cw is a step we MUST take, Please take the time to prepare for this cw, especially 2v2 players. I would feel comfortable if the 2v2ers had set strats prepared for this map and practiced a bunch of games on it. Thanks alot guys, GL This Week! :D
[17.December.2008] So, last night i decided i need to start adding some pro-starcraft matches on here, so i stayed up and watching the proleague match between Lecaf Oz and KTF MagicNs. I have to admit, i was pretty excited looking at the player matchups, fOrGG vs Luxury and JaeDong vs FlaSh, how could it be any better? Well lets take a look at the overview/results of the match.

Lets take a look at the individual games now. First we had fOrGG vs Luxury, on medusa. Luxury spawns top left and fOrGG bottom middle. No cheese to start but fOrGG opted to open with a vult raid followed by mech. This proved to be very successful vs Luxury, killing 8-9 of his drones. After luxury recovered he build up mutas and a couple hydras. His muta harass was well prepared for and thus not too successful. Luxury tried to make up for the economic strike and opted to take 12 oclock expand, along with the min only behind his main. This was quickly hunted down by a huge goliath force and killed. Quickly after that the goliaths pressed into Luxury's nat and contained him greatly. Luxury threw all his mutas/hydras at the great terran force but it wasnt enough to break it, and he had to type GG. Game 1 goes to Lecaf!
Now, on to game 2. I was so excited for this! Jaedong vs FlaSh, a repeat of gomtv intel classic season1. We have destination as our map, with Flash spawning top and jaedong spawning bottom. Jaedong opens normal, 12 hatch 11 pool, while flash walls in and actually gets gas after his first barracks. Unfortunately flash couldn't block the drone scout of jaedong and he was able to scout the fast gas very early. It seemed as if flash was trying to avenge luxury for losing to mech, so he chose to do the exact same build vs jaedong :P Due to the fast scout by jaedong, it wasnt as effect for flash, but he still managed to kill about 5 drones and a few zerglings which is very damaging to the zerg. While multitasking flash built some goliaths and started to expand inside his base. With jaedong hurting, he found himself in a tough position, so he decided to put a lot of pressure on flash in order to bridge the economic gap the vultures made, So he brought 5-6 mutalisk with 4-5 hydras up to flash and started harassing. At first it seemed like flash was fine but jaedong managed to bring the goliaths away from the Terran wall so that his hydra/zergling could break in. Once the wall was broken the terran defense was no match for the zergs air/ground combination. After much repairing and scv micro flash typed out an extremely sad GG. Lecaf was now leading 2-0!
Game 3 featured 2 semi-unkown gamers. Lecaf Oz sent out InteR.yOung while KTF seeded Stats. Now Stats, although very strong in PvT, has been known for letting KTF down lately. The map was Neo Requiem, with Stats spawning at 9 o'clock and young spawning at 6. A typical PvP opening had Stats going 1 gate gas while young went 2 gate gas, no early zealot pressure from either player. Stats' scouting probe died rather quickly inside young's base, but he saw the essentials. While stats was chasing his enemy's scouting probe, he started range upgrade, still pumping from 1 gate. But right after he killed the probe, he cancelled range and went fast robo, soon after adding a 2nd gate. Unfortunately for stats, young pushed very quickly and ended up using a bit of the high ground ramp advantage along with better micro and easily took game 3. IMO it was very bad by Stats, having just a few goons kill him off so early, but thats starcraft and im sure he would love to have that one back. Final score: Lecaf Oz 3:0 KTF MagicNs. [14.December.2008] Hey guys. Another BWCL season started and this time we are at the top! :D BWCL div1 is where we will be playing for the rest of this season, and hopefully the next one..Tday we faced the best german team, mTwAMD. As you can see, a close CW indeed until the 2v2. 2v2 has always been a constant problem for us, and im really worried it wont get fixed. If anyone has any suggestions for me please feel free to share some ideas. Our next cw is vs NaW- same time next week. There it is! Almost a perfect cw! TiQ has been around for a while and although they didn't have their strongest lineup it truly was a great victory, thanks to eveyrone who played! Next we will take a look at our WGT-CL Season opener! This was vs the new sponsored team xGs. They were the former BringiT. with a couple stragglers. We new being at div3 these guys would be one of our biggest competitors, and i was a bit worried coming in to this cw. Let's see how things turned out!

A very close matchup this time wow. I knew from the start it was going to be intense! Congratulations and thank you for everyone who came out! Leehyori pulls off a big win vs mexico's top gamer and WCG finalist! And Bamboo pulls a great upset beating the very solid Myk-.- (aka BringiT.Callme). And gamtja for being ever-so solid as always pulling the easiest win of the day. Overall i'd have to say the day's MVP goes to NrG.Bamboo for pulling 2 big wins as 1st seed, congrats man!

Alright! A perfect CW! We scared them so hard with our 1v1 they didnt even want to 2v2 O_O. It felt really good beating these guys! Just hours before this cw, they beat div1 team Get. in wgt-cl 3-2! So they aren't really a push over! Great job guys! And last but not least, one of NrG's best cws ever, NrG vs osR! I knew coming into this one it was going to be tough. I had slight doubt after we got down a couple games early but NrG is just amazing! See the full draw below:

Wow, What a war, and what a day!
